Hi there,
It’s school holidays here in south of France which means I’m going to post a bit less often and spend some time with my kids. Having said that, for anyone of you who needs some pick-up inspiration, I gathered some helpful thoughts and sayings that help me personally so I hope you’ll find them useful too.
First up, the late Peter Marlow:
“Be yourself, get up early, and don’t try too hard, as whatever is trying to come out will come eventually without any effort, learn to trust your instincts and don’t think about what others will think about the process too much. Work hard but enjoy it.”
“I tend to think of the act of photographing, generally speaking, as an adventure. My favorite thing is to go where I’ve never been”.
“The secret of getting ahead is getting started”
“If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.”
And to wrap it up here is an image from one of the latest city photo walks.

Thank you for reading, stay creative and inspired, till next time
Yuri
