I just finished processing the photos from my recent little trip to Nimes, France. I would like to share some of them with you dear reader…
I had a free afternoon. Without thinking too much I grabbed my Canon 650D and went to the train station where I got a return ticket to a nearby city of Nimes. It’s about 30 minutes away from Montpellier by train.
Its good to change the scenery from time to time. Plus you have all these tourists. I cast them in the photos… Its weird to think that I was one of them years back, checking out all the necessary monuments and landmarks, taking those cliche touristic shots… no more postcards shots for me 🙂
It was really hot that day so the light was pretty harsh. I managed to correct it as I could in Lightroom later. Most of the images I took worked in B&W but there were also some colour scenes that caught my eye.
I walked for about 2 hours, stopped for a pint of cold beer and continued for another 2 hours.
I hope you enjoyed the pics, if you have any questions, please let me know 🙂
Thank you for visiting
Yuri

Love the first image a lot! And the one with the umbrella tops showing it is almost like a parade of hooded gnomes. Great series!
