The following images were taken just before our second lockdown finished here in France. I took this opportunity to get out later in the evening while the streets were still quite deserted. Photographing in crowds of people is not my thing so one good thing about this semi-lockdown was that I was able to get cleaner images. Streets would be filled with people soon enough…
Christmas decorations and lights are already on display all over the city which gets you into the xmas spirit and gives you more ideas for some cool images. Here’s what I saw a few days ago.

Thank you for checking in and stay tuned for more 🙂

Nice night work!
Thanks Jim!
The empty streets make for more chance of shots with lone figures, which usually work far better than crowds I think. Nice pictures.
Thanks, i agree. Easier to frame, no unnecessary clutter. I enjoyed these walks.
It’s a shame we don’t get such conditions here more often. I can’t get enough of them.
That second frame is oh so good, Yuri. It’s my favorite. But the fourth one down stands out, too.
Thanks a lot Jason. Also pretty happy with the frames 😃
Very atmospheric… you make me want to try and wander in my village to do the same. It won’t be complicated to get empty streets here – lockdown or not! Maybe tonight…
Thanks a lot V! Happy you found it inspiring. Hope you hit the streets and capture some magic moments 😃 bon week-end
