This Week: 23/4/2020

Week 5 of lockdown here in France and the longest part is done. Here is what I’d like to share with you this week. Once again, we had fun with my little Fuji and while I continued with my personal projects, I showed my youngest the double exposure setting so we had lots of fun […]Read Post ›

This Week: 16/4/2020

Hey guys, I hope everyone is well and healthy. Here’s what I’ve been up to in the forth week of the lockdown… Lockdown projects: “No Gravity” , “50 photos inside” , “Alone together”. This is the point in time when anything goes. Never mind what anyone thinks, never mind the rules and constraints. I just […]Read Post ›

Recommendations during lockdown: Films

Hi guys, I hope everyone is well and even though these are difficult and uncertain times, hope you find ways to stay positive and taking care of yourself and your loved ones. It looks like I’ll be working for another couple of days and then it’s full confinement for me too. Stricter measures will be […]Read Post ›

Her work continues to inspire me […]Read Post ›

My Masters

It’s been a while since I did a post on masters of photography. I thought about posting something a little different this time. Something no less important than photography masters we all know and learn from. I’m talking about my two boys…

Tarkovsky on Art

One of the geniuses of cinematography Andrey Tarkovskyy shares his views and opinions about art and existence.

Monday Masters : Gary Winogrand

He mostly photographed on the streets yet he was not a street photographer, well he did not consider himself as one. He photographed life, people, animals, anything that he found interesting. He was just a guy with a camera… Gary Winogrand is this Monday Master.

Monday Masters : Dirty Harrry

After a short break we are back to our beloved Monday Masters posts. Well, I personally find this little weekly activity quite fun and educational at the same time. I also think that someone, somewhere will find these articles interesting, especially if you haven’t heard of some of the photographers we nominate each week. This […]Read Post ›

Monday Masters : Ian Berry

Summer holidays have started but we’ll still continue with our weekly Monday posts. My posts will probably be more brief and shorter than usual but I’ll still try to dig up enough information and links for you to check out dear reader. This Monday, the nominated Master is Ian Berry.

Keep breathing

Some thoughts on love of photography: What does a breathing exercise can give you? It can calm your nervous system, increase focus and reduce stress. In general, all these things I tend to gain while photographing.
