No Gravity

Some days are easier than others. This morning I was motivated so I got my Fuji X70 out. After a quick search, I have found my mini tripod which was gathering dust and started working. A few ideas hit me for the past couple of days so I’m going to share one of them. It’s nothing […]Read Post ›

A walk with a friend

Hi guys, some time ago last year I shared a post “Four eyes” – it was about going out and making photos with my good friend and a great photographer Arno Dufaud (make sure to check out his work – its outstanding) It’s been a while since we met up for another photo walk on the […]Read Post ›

Podcasts recommendation

I’m not sure if you are familiar with the hashtag #trypod dear reader. You might have seen it flash by while surfing online. I did, thought it was misspelled and it meant to say Tripod, so I figured that some kind of new super tripod was released and trending online… #trypod actually stands for Try […]Read Post ›

New

As much as most of us wanted 2016 to end as it was an undeniably bad year for many reasons and many people. I hope it was not as bad for you dear reader. My 2016 was actually pretty good. We must remember though that before we know it, this year will be over. The […]Read Post ›

Notes to self: Why comes before How

Again, I’d like to mention that everything that’s written here is my subjective view, some of you may relate and some may argue the point but I find it’s important to write these things down, cement my trail of thoughts at present time and share with you guys along the way.

Yuri Thank you for stopping by and till very soon Mostly I wanted to make this blog post a little different and have fun really. We take ourselves too seriously too often 🙂 Well, I picked these 3 shots from my trip to Arles and flipped them. Do they work upside down or not? You […]Read Post ›

Monday Masters : Dirty Harrry

After a short break we are back to our beloved Monday Masters posts. Well, I personally find this little weekly activity quite fun and educational at the same time. I also think that someone, somewhere will find these articles interesting, especially if you haven’t heard of some of the photographers we nominate each week. This […]Read Post ›

Go with the quote #16

I got into podcasts recently. It’s just another way of learning and receiving information. A few podcasts about creativity, motivation, productivity and of course street photography caught my attention. I would like to share these valuable sources with you, dear reader.

Go with the quote #15

Hello dear reader, There are some wise words I wanted to share with you today. Something about creative growth. Its always interesting to see or notice your creative progress and compare with your past self. However it’s also important to know that the moment you think you know everything is the moment you stop growing.

Create your movie

First of all, I must say that it’s not an original idea as I’ve heard it being mentioned before by the likes of Alec Soth and Eric Kim. The idea is go out shooting on the streets with a mindset of a movie director. The same can apply to your editing process.
